Extruded Heat Sinks
Air-cooling is one of the most commonly-used methods of cooling adopted in the thermal management of electronic products, as it is free from any leakages. However, due to the limitations in fin pitch and fin height, the power dissipated using extrusion is limited; bonded fin, folded fin and liquid cooling can most likely overcome these limitations.

Material Grade
SNS Cooling offers 6063-T5 grade aluminum, as it has a higher thermal conductivity (209 W/mK) vs. other commonly used grades (e.g., 6061-T651, which has a thermal conductivity of 167 W/mK) normally available in plate form.
